Water Filtration Across Mesquite and Nearby Towns

We install whole-home filters, softeners, reverse osmosis and UV systems in houses in Mesquite and the towns around it. Older place or newer build, we look at your plumbing first. Then we give you a quote that fits what is actually in your garage and under your sink.

Where we work

Most of our jobs are right here in Mesquite. We also head south to Balch Springs and Seagoville, east to Sunnyvale and Forney, and north to Garland, Rowlett, Rockwall and Heath. Travis Ranch and Heartland are on our list too.

The town does not change how we do the job. We find where the main line comes in, check the old fittings and shutoffs, and tell you what we would put in and why. Not sure your street is in range? Ask when you call. We will ask a few questions about your house and your water, then talk through a quote so you know what you are paying for before any work starts.

What we run into in houses around here

Older plumbing
A lot of houses in the area are decades old. We often find galvanized pipe patched with copper or PEX, shutoff valves that will not close all the way, and past repairs nobody wrote down. We check these before we plan an install, so a stuck valve or a rusted fitting does not turn into a surprise halfway through the day.
Newer builds
In newer subdivisions the pipes are usually in better shape. The catch is access. The main line can be boxed into a wall or tucked behind the water heater, so we pick a spot where you can still reach the filter to change it.
Heat and the odd hard freeze
Garages here bake for months each year, and a cold snap can still show up in winter. A filter housing on an outside wall or in an open garage does best out of direct sun, with foam wrap on any bare pipe. We place your equipment with both seasons in mind.
Permits and HOAs
Rules vary from one city to the next. Some installs need a plumbing permit and an inspection, and some do not. We check what your city asks for and pull the permit when one is required. If your HOA has rules about equipment outside the house, tell us and we will place things to fit.
Taste and smell
City water across the metro is treated with a disinfectant, and plenty of people notice the taste or smell. That is one of the most common reasons folks ask us about whole-home filtration or a reverse osmosis faucet for drinking water.
